What's included in my initial investment?

Your investment consists of $100,000 USD plus a $10,000 USD booking fee. This covers your unit ownership, project co-ownership, and all standard fittings and finishes.

Can I sell my unit before receiving the 40% return?

Yes, you can sell your unit at any time. The 40% return right transfers to the new owner if the second batch of units hasn't been sold yet.
